Privacy policy

KVCHY Pte. Ltd. (UEN: pending registration) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR for customers in the EU/UK.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, and usage/analytics data via cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, handle returns, and provide customer support.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send marketing communications only where you have opted in (see "Marketing & consent" below).
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To meet legal, tax, and customs obligations.

Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store, including: Shopify (e-commerce platform and payments); our delivery partners NinjaVan and SingPost; Zoho (our email inbox); Google (Google Analytics 4 — website analytics); and Meta (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — advertising measurement and, where permitted, retargeting). Some may process data on servers outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection as required by the PDPA. We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing & consent
If you opt in to our newsletter, we'll send product news and offers. You can withdraw consent any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting our DPO. Withdrawing marketing consent won't affect order-related messages (e.g. shipping updates).

Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

  • Essential — to make the site work (cart, checkout, security).
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how the site is used.
  • Advertising — the Meta Pixel lets us measure campaigns and, where permitted, show you relevant ads.

Where required by law, we show a cookie-consent banner and only set analytics and advertising cookies after you accept. You can change your choices anytime via the banner or your browser settings.

Your rights 
Under the PDPA (and GDPR where applicable) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to its use. To make a request, contact our DPO below. We'll respond within the timeframe required by law.

Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above or to meet legal requirements (e.g. tax records), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
