These terms govern your use of the KVCHY website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

This site is operated by KVCHY Pte. Ltd. ("KVCHY", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore (UEN: pending registration), registered address 92A Linden Drive, Singapore. Contact: contact@kvchyshop.com.
Using the site
You must be at least 18 (or have parent/guardian consent) to purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Don't misuse the site (no fraud, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to disrupt it).
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced — and will refund any payment taken.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). KVCHY is not GST-registered, so no GST is added — the price shown is the price you pay.
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payment is taken at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
Promotions & discounts
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Products
We try to display colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variation (e.g. screen colour, print placement) is normal and not a defect. Availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Shipping, returns & privacy
Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy, returns in our Returns & Refunds policy, and data handling in our Privacy Policy — all incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the KVCHY name, logo, product photography, text, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided without warranties beyond those implied by law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
